This place is a dump!!! The room smelled like cigarettes. Entire rooms was dated. Carpet was majorly stained. TV was on when I entered the room. You should not include this____ hole on your list

Like: Location is great. Bed is very clean and comfortable. Great pillows. Staff was great. Dislike: Wasn’t the cleanest bathroom and carpet. Tub drain was filled with hair and wouldn’t drain, so removing it was a bad experience. I think people actually live here.

No hot water during our entire stay. No washcloths which might have been used to make a sponge bath possible. And no hair dryer to dry our cold, wet hair!

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I would like to extend an apology for the hot water issue. Due to the high temps both Friday and Saturday, the water heater had a part go out. We contracted a technician to come out first thing Friday night, unfortunately he was unable to be here until Saturday night. The issue is still being fixed. I understand this is a major inconvenience, I myself would feel frustrated. I'd also like to apologize for the wash cloths and hair dryer. Had we know you were without those items in the room, we could have quickly brought them up to you. Once again, I am truly sorry for the inconvenience, we hope you will give us another try in the future.

The hotel did not feel safe. We had a stranger show up at the door and then found the same person loitering at the elevator. The hotel promised breakfast. but the "breakfast" amounted to packaged granola bars, instant oatmeal, and packaged muffins. Not what we expected.
