Arrival to acquiring keys was 30 minutes. Didn't have reserved room or alternate room ready. They finally put a mattress on the floor to accommodate original required reservation. I'm 74. Get the picture? Also NO pots, pans, silverware or even glassware? No happy about this stay at all.

took over 30 min for a receptionist to show up to check in, i was early but told them i would not be to the rom until after midnight, when we got back to the room it was not cleaned at all. still had beds unmade from prior guest wet towels laying on floor in bathroom and sleeping area , went down to office to complain and there were 2 other guest with same issue, was told i can leave or make room up myself. took sheets pillow cases and towels , went to room to put clean bedding on and was still short of sheets and pillow casess. air conditioner didnt work , had to sleep with window open to get room cool enough to sleep. internal lock on door was broken could not secure door properly, I CANT BELIEVE THAT TRAVELOCITY WOULD EVEN KEEP THIS PLACE ON THERE APP. compleatly unsat. there was a lot of people just hanging around in parking lot , didn't feel comfortable here.

Hotel is convenient to where I was working. That's about the only good thing. This appears to be a voucher hotel. Staff are friendly; however, the hotel is in desperate need of repair. Entire hotel reeks of smoke/weed with staff seen participating. Walls are paper thin with families who appear to moved in forever. Noisy kids, pounding in adjacent rooms and above, which staff did nothing about. I would not recommend unless you have a state voucher and nowhere else to stay.

Girl at desk was very nice, refunded our money, felt sorry for her. The hotel needs to be shut down! Very dirty. I don’t think anyone stayed after seeing the place.

The property was not as clean as most hotels. The room had an unusual smell which was worse when the HVAC unit was running. I planned to stay for three nights but left after the first night, losing a few hundred dollars. No refunds. There are other hotels in the area for about the same price that would be much better.

Nasty

Would never return. Bedspreads were stained, pillows were the worst we have ever had in a hotel, the beds were hard as rocks. The ceiling and walls must be made of cardboard, you can hear everything going on in the hallway, above you, and on boths sides of your room. Nasty place.
