Bed was horrible. The mattress was broken down in the middle, so it felt like i was falling into the center all night. I requested an ice bucket and it took over an hour for housekeeping to come. I had already gone to bed by then.

Beautiful Hotel

We were in town for an anniversary celebration and we couldn't have had a more wonderful experience! The hotel is beautiful! It's embarrassing to admit, however we wanted to see the "autographs" and didn't understand the autograph hotel concept. The only thing I can slightly complain about is the valet girl trying to take out keys when we were going to self park. She insisted that it was in case of emergency but she was standing next to us....I could have got to the car quicker if there was an "emergency ". So we thought that was odd & $17 expensive.

Nice downtown hotel

Pros: It was clean and the bed was comfy. They make soft Peanut Brittle that is amazing.
Cons: The pillows were too squishy, the room had a charger from the previous guest on the floor when we arrived, so how well are they cleaning?
Location: Right downtown, lots of good choices for dining and shopping nearby.
This hotel is conveniently located downtown near many restaurants and shopping. It is clean and the staff was friendly. We did experience some troubles with our shower not draining and the USB charging ports on the lamps not working. We had to ask twice for service, but they did give us a discount for the trouble. The hotel is nice, but very expensive. Don't expect anything for free; they charge for parking, if you need a fridge or microwave you'll pay for it and there is no free breakfast. For as much as the rooms cost, there should be more free amenities.

Great stay at a great price!

This hotel is a great value if you like old fashioned hotels. Very convenient to downtown. Very clean. The best shower. Good full flow (not quite the Commando 450 for all you Seinfeld fans, but close). Had good dinner at Davenport and prices very reasonable, if you get the early bird special menu.

Charming isn't a bad word.

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
The hotel common area was fantastic, the staff were all really helpful, the room was amazing. The jetted soaking tub and attached glass shower enclosure was a five star experience alone. The bed was very comfortable, the linens soft and just warm enough at night without being too hot. Part of the Davenport hotels, you can charge to your Lusso room at either of their adjacent properties. No room service but they will allow you to call down and get something from Post Street Ale House brought to the front desk for you to pick up. Tips: my a/c didn't work but I didn't know it, so I was uncomfortable at first, just call the front desk, they'll turn it on for you and it works like a charm. The ice machine isn't really easy to find- it's by the open staircase close to the elevator door in an alcove, ask if you don't see it right away. Valet parking is $20/night, somehow I missed this fact when I checked in, and wasn't happy my bill was higher than I thought, not a bad deal but do know it's a charge you'll see on your bill. Key deposit is returned after you check out, so do it in person.

It was a good hotel but I am not sure that it was a 4 star for us

Pros: Quiet
Cons: no room service
The valet service was poor, there was one person attending it and he was running back and forth from another hotel. There was no room service which made it difficult to go to the room and relax without going out to eat. We did enjoy the bed and the staff was great once you were able to get a hold of them. Also, keep in mind that this may be one of the best hotels in the Spokane area, particularly for the price and room comfort.

Good location downtown

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: pay for parking
I stayed here for business during the week. The hotel was quiet and the street activity outside did not bother me, I was on the second floor. Lots of good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Very easy to get to the Riverside Park area. The shower pressure was a little low, but the provided L'Occitane bath products were very nice. It was nice to be so close to The Davenport and the restaurants were having very reasonable prix fixe dining options when I was there.
