This hotel has no elevator and we were on the second floor with elderly family, if I was aware I would not have booked here. We could hear the TV and exhaust fans in neighboring rooms and much highway noise.

I walked into the lobby and the lady behind the counter was all laid back in her chair talking on the phone. I overheard someone of her conversation it seemed personal by the way she was talking. Not one time did she put her phone down just keep talking and talking as she was checking me in for my stay. No Respect!!!!

The room was clean but the property needs attention trash sitting around cigarette buts everywhere good coat of paint wouldn't hurt either

The property was close to where I needed to be the next day. the room was very nice will probably stay there again next week. Didn't like that I could not check us in as my husband's name was on the reservation.

The beds were hard. No coffee cups in the room. And it was noisy, the trash truck woke everyone up at 5 am.
