This was the worst hotel I have ever booked; my daughter was scared. I was charged before I got to the property even though it was a reserve now pay later booking. The room was filthy with roaches and mold. The front desk attendant was rude and did not want to refund me after I brought the situation to him. Once the room was finally canceled and refunded I received a fraud alert from my bank; the hotel tried to charge my card $75. Do Not Stay Here!

Unfortunately I cannot give this property a good review. The room that we stayed in, 216, had a broken toilet seat, and the back part of the toilet was dirty, which I hoped was just dust from the air vents, but not sure. When we arrived, the room smelled like it had been sprayed with body spray, but by the first night we noticed an unpleasant odor in the room that persisted for the rest of our stay. Otherwise the hotel was fine, although clearly going through some renovations.

There was ice on the driveway leading up to and including the entrance area due to snow melt and refreeze. Ice melt should have been put out right away....it was finally put on maybe Sunday.

Disgusting
The room looked as though it had never been vacuumed ants all over the sink and outlet nail polish or paint on the floor the carpet felt sticky I had to leave my shoes on the towels and wash rags looked dirty and did not seem like they had been washed visibly dirty the bed sheets and pillowcases were filthy looked as though there were at one time or possibly still had bed bugs
