Easy access. Nice room. Easy to get around in. Wonderful dog walking area. Great breakfast. Friendly helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay! While we were checking in, some members of a large youth group were also checking in so there were lots of people trying to check in at the same time, and children running around. But the person at the front desk (sorry I didn't catch his name) was calm and collected and got all of of sorted out within a matter of minutes. Our room was a suite on the 8th floor, WOW! 2 full baths (I was not expecting that) and the room was huge! Very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Even though the hotel was full at the time of our stay, I didn't notice any excessive noise. There were separate heating controls for the sitting room and the bedroom which was convenient. The bedding and towels were plentiful, clean, and very comfy. The shuttle was quick and very easy to use. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Lots of variety and the food was nice and hot and everything was kept fresh. This was our first time to the St Charles area and it was great to have such a pleasant experience. The pool was being cleaned or repaired while we were there, which wasn't a deal breaker for us. We were able to peek in by the pool, and it did look kind of small, which again isn't a big concern for us. I didn't notice a hot tub. We didn't get to take advantage of the business area but it looked like there was plenty of room and it was conveniently located right off the lobby. All in all this was a great hotel, we would stay again.

The small fridge was off and I did not pay attention , few hours later we open the door my food was hot and smell we throw away are food and there was black mold in the fridge we turn the fridge on but was loud and we didn’t need it anymore very disappointed that was a horrible experience

Beautiful hotel! Only one problem....the height of the toilet! We have never stayed at a hotel where the toilet seat was soooo low! I truly believe the contractors made an error. Even our daughter, who was on the same floor (4th) and who is only in her 40’s complained about the height. I know now that, at least at the St Charles Best Western, when making reservations, that I should reserve a handicap room! There were none available for our entire 5 night stay.

Came in town for poker tourney

Check in was great, location to the casino is really good, easy to get to. The place was clean, room was clean. Breakfast is typical best western. But there is a Denny's attached and even better a Waffle House across the street. Check out was easy. Only negatives I could find - parking. There isn't a whole lot and parking a dually or camper/trailer could be sketchy. And the bed was hard. At home we have a really nice expensive soft mattress. I woke up with a sore back both days. I'd stay again if in the area.

Great suite with two full bathrooms

Location: Great locations - right off of main interstate. The St. Charles historical Main St. was great for shopping and dining.
Very nice and clean hotel. Morning breakfast was very good. Pool area was just as nice. We did have an issue with our room not being ready until 6pm but the hotel did not charge us for the first night. We were there for four nights.

Business Travel

Pros: Hotel is a quick drive to the airport and into St. Louis proper; there are a number of nice places to eat within a couple minutes' drive as well.
The staff is always helpful and friendly; the rooms are quiet and comfortable.

Very disappointing property

After staying at a Best Western Plus for the first time in May and being totally satisfied with it when this trip came up we booked with this property. Totally different experience. Did'nt get room cleaned 2 out of 4 days we were there. Manager on Duty unavailable for extended time. Will not be going back to this property
