The spa was not available... non existing... the room was only a 2 bed queen, not deluxe, like it was offered via travelocity. The pool looked a little dirty, and the ceiling was rusted. There was holes in the room wall.

First room 91 degrees, thermostat needed battery. Back to front desk Second room literally right next to highway, room next to me or right across the hall crying baby. I tolerated it for an hour realized I would never get any sleep if I didn’t ask for another room. Back to front desk Not once did anyone offer to help me move my luggage from floor to floor Started on 3rd floor Moved to 5th floor Moved to 10th floor

stayed with soccer team

Location: It is within a business park so for business this would be ideal.
This was our chosen hotel as a team which was the reason for our stay. We were given vouchers for free buffet breakfast as part of our soccer tourney otherwise its a pricey breakfast option. The boys liked the free cookies upon arrival and enjoyed the pool as well. The lobby was nice and open for the parents to gather.

The hotel was a great price

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
Cons: no free breakfast
Everything was good. But it was a little to far to drive to go downtown.

Truly a very nice hotel

This hotel made my one night get away feel more like a vacation. The lobby was modern & chic, the staff courteous & friendly.( Those warm cookies didn't hurt either...) The room was beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bedding was nice. The leather quilted headboard was to die for. I kept "petting" it. Really a nice experience. My one suggestion? Exhaust fans in the bathroom...the shower really steamed it all up!

This hotel was very nice and enjoyable

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet, microwave oven in room
The hotel was very enjoyable, we were very happy with our stay. The only thing that would have made it better was a microwave oven in the room.
