The phones did not work, to call the front desk I had to use my cell phone, one of the tv remotes did not work, the pull out couch mattress was very dirty and we had to call to get sheets and blankets for it which we had to go get ourselves. They had no extra pillows and the price they charged for the snacks and drinks were a little steep. $3 for a Dasani water, $2 for a snack size Cheetos and $2 for 6 Oreo cookies.. the bathroom had no counter space.

I check out and received my bill and all was ok. But then they charged me an extra 260.00 saying the room was trashed. No it wasn't!

upon checking in the customer ahead of me was turned away as his reservation that he apparently made through Travelocity was not valid. He was turned away. upon arriving to our room we found that were only given one towel! for 2 guests. There was trash on the floor, the dishwasher had dirty dishes, and the internet was down. They assured us when we checked in that the internet would be up shortly. We arrived Friday and left on Sunday..NO internet. This was very inconvenient as we were there on business and we needed the internet. The breakfast area was packed. We had to wait in line and most of the food was gone by the time it was our turn. The orange juice was just water! Upon checking out they offered to email me a receipt. I asked for a printed receipt to make sure all charges were correct. After a 10 minute wait, they printed it. The receipt showed were there for 3 nights and they charged my card. I asked if they could reverse the charges for the last night. They informed me that they would look into it. I wanted it taken care of before I left. They acted like it was my fault. The reservation was made for 2 nights only. We have stayed at many Towneplace Suites and were very disappointed in this one!

This hotel was terrible. Our room had paint peeling off the walls the floors were damp and dirty so bad my kids had black feet from walking barefoot. The stove did not work. The air conditioner rattled and it was dirty. I requested a different room and the front desk staff argued with me about my complaint so rudely my child started crying because he was scared of her yelling at me. Our room was never fully cleaned had to request towels and toilet paper because there weren’t any in our room. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel and took away from the vacation experience for my children. I would highly recommend you NEVER book a room at this poor maintained and run Marriott location.

Over all was a good stay! They didn't put me in a handicap room like stated on line but we made it work! An pool was Not clean.

Property was old not like usual Marriott hotels. Check in guy at desk was very short and just there to do what is needed no smile and hung up on me when I asked about toilet paper but housekeeping black young girl very friendly and nice they should switch places was not a happy stay
