Joseph, if there is an issue, pls reach out. We are and were available to you 18hrs a day. With cleaning staff on property daily. I know most of the issues you reference are over exaggerated, I stayed in the unit myself (the owner) prior to your arrival and had no shower or toilet issues. As for the Roaches. Yes, it IS a tropical island, so bear that in mind and we also share walls, piping, and ducting with 54 other units. We try and keep our unit immaculate and Pest control comes once a month to spray. I just cannot control what others do 2, 4, or many doors down unfortunately. Regardless, we hope you enjoyed your stay on St Thomas and enjoyed the beautiful beaches!
