Property was dirty, indicated that they were fully booked and there seems to be no one there, fowl scent while walking to reception area, lizard crap on window cills.it was just horibble

Disappointing
Our stay at Boundless Bliss was so disappointing that we left a day early and found another hotel to stay at even though we had pre-paid for our stay. The floors were so dirty we couldn't walk around without shoes. It seemed like they were using the room as a storage unit with extra furniture parts piled up in the closet and random pieces in the room with not enough space to walk around the beds. The toilet seat was old with the finish coming off of it, and there was hair from someone else all over the room. And, they didn't even bother to come clean the room/change towels etc. while we were out during the day. Oh, and one of our two beds had damp bedding, possibly from a rainy day before we checked in? And one of the sheets had fresh blood stains on it. We couldn't bear to stay the second night so we booked another hotel for our final night in St. Thomas.

I will say this property has a good view, it’s far away from a lot of things so you may need a car rental instead of using taxi. Also if you are late to your reservation they will give your room away but they will give you another room.

Your company allowed us to book a room that wasn't available. We are on our anniversary vacation and had to spend hours searching for a different location. We were charged for the booking and now have to wait to be reimbursed. This situation is despicable.
