When I open the door I saw a piece of food particle on the carpet. In the bathroom the wallpaper is coming off the walls it needs to be fixed. The person of the front door was awesome and very professional. She also allow me to check in early because I needed to be checked in early due to I have to be at work in a couple hours I was very thankful!!

There is a front and back door in the room/efficiency. The back porch looks out onto the harbor/water. So beautiful! I loved having my dog with me. The kitchen had everything we needed to make and eat meals. Loved this place! I will be back.

Very clean. Great location. Satellite service for TV was non-existant. TV stopped working as well. Beds were not great for comfort (pillows were excellent however). Beds were extremely loud, to the point you woke up when you or your partner moved or rolled over.

The jet tub was HUGE and such a nice luxury item. The battery on our fire alarm needed changing and started beeping every few minutes, we called the office and they came to our cottage within a few sorry minutes to replace the battery. The gas fire place kept the cottage very toasty warm on a cold and windy night. We just loved the place. We will be back. Highly recommend.

Our room was very small and not very clean - carpet was gritty. There was no daily housekeeping. On the plus side, the check-in / check-out process was super easy. The location was excellent as it is on the canal and only a mile or so from downtown stores and restaurants. If I stayed here again, I'd get a larger room and one facing the canal versus the street.
