Excellent hotel but sadly let down in a few areas
Excellent hotel. Stayed there before for business, but was let down this time. Specifically asked in advance for 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed for teenage son, asking for it to be made up in advance. Arrived late in evening and sofa bed NOT made up. We unpacked and asked for sofa to be made up, only to find out it wasn’t even a sofa bed. Front desk even disputed this and argued it was!? Took a member of staff to come and see it to finally agree so had to move rooms, AFTER unpacking!! Also got messed around with deposit that I ended up paying TWICE so was $300 out of pocket for one week as they wouldn’t pay it back until I checked out, even though I’d paid it TWICE!! I will be staying at the Hilton next time.

The hotel is very well located and easy to access. The valet is super nice and can help. I can’t say the same for the 2 hostess who can’t try to speak more slowly for foreigners. No help with them sadly. Even to know where is the elevator or when you are lost they don’t help. The room was big, clean and the bed was comfortable.
