Ybor City is so quaint, with great shops, ethnic restaurants, wonderful free trolley that is so conveniently close to Haya Hotel. Nice atmosphere, comfy bed, great shower.

Went for the Drake and J. Cole concert, beautiful hotel, beautiful rooms, everything is up to date. Hotel lobby and dining area is stunning. breakfast is really good too!

The hotel was really beautiful, clean, comfortable and felt overall upscale. We really enjoyed the pool area. However, the doors for the balcony in our room did not work properly, they would not lock, and in the middle of the night we had two hotel workers in our room for an hour, trying to get them to lock and ultimately, we had to wrap my husbands belt around the door and sleep like that. The next day they were fixed. We noticed the couple next to us trying to get out on their balcony & could not, so it was not just us! Amazing hotel but would probably only stay there again if the balcony doors were replaced.

We only stayed 1 night, but about 1.30 AM a vehicle parked below our window and its stereo was blasting full volume. It woke me. After about 10 minutes I called the desk. They said it was on the street and there wasn’t really anything they could do about it. The music continued for about 10 more minutes and finally stopped.
