the room service was terrible. everyday we had to ask for something that they missed to put in our bathroom. 1 time i had to ask for the room to be cleaned. we paid a lot of money for this hotel and they claim they are 5 star. we got the room with the old bathroom and no terrace. i thought i booked for that kind of a room. didn't get it and didn't bother to complain. not staying here again

The hotel was beautiful, right along the water. We had a room with a small balcony and enjoyed the late night and early morning air. It was an easy walk to dinner to a very nice restaurant on the island. We stayed at that particular hotel to attend an event at Amalie Arena and that walk was easy too. Overall, it was wonderful.

Very nice hotel. Would like to have a late night food option - even a vending machine would do. We came back after the concert and could not find any food options and all the local restaurants had stopped serving. We were not alone, there were several other people searching for the same thing.

Hotel is in a great location and it has a great pool area and you can't beat the joint area with JW Marriot next door. As for the room, it was dissapointing and outdated, you can hear everything from hallways or other guests next door. I purchased a king bed with view and balcony and were told that because we didn't book through the marriot websites they would not honor it.
