Rooms need an update. Beds are extremely uncomfortable. Room service only made one of the 2 beds, didn’t replace the bath towels. Our bedroom faced the pool, where noisy guests stayed in there past 10pm. 12:30am of our 2nd night stay we had guests who we’re not looking after their young children who were knocking and shaking our door handle trying to get in. Not the place to stay if you need a good nights sleep.

Disappointed...below average...definitely not worth the money. The first room we checked into had a distinct smell and had a noise from the AC units directly beneath the room forcing us to change rooms in the middle of the night....only to find the new room's door would not lock...we moved again. There is no way management has not been made aware of the noise issue previously. When asked to speak to manager (early Saturday morning) they were not going to be in until Monday. I would be reluctant to ever stay in another Ramada again.
