There is a gym right above penthouse suites, we woke up at 4am to the sound of weights dropping and clanking together. Water drains slowly in the sink, drawers wouldn’t stay closed, toilet squirts water, whole floor smelled like smoke the first night, balcony was locked up. Just an overall disappointment, and dated place. Would NOT recommend.

This is a great property for the price if you are travelling with a dog or need a full kitchen. The location cannot be beat as it is very walkable and there are lots of good restaurants close by. Right in the heart of downtown is challenging to find a place with full kitchens so this was exactly what we needed. The rooms and property are a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff more than makes up for it. Everyone was amazing and super helpful - we will be back for sure!

My only complaint was the lack of coffee in the room-- two teas and two coffees (but one was decaf, so that doesn't really count-- so actually only one coffee for two people.) Do people actually drink tea?🙃
