Love the location as I enjoy taking ferries and didn't need to be in downtown VanCity. The staff was generous to find my passport and returned it. My only two pieces of feedback - more plush towels for the room and eliminate the online registration since you require registration again in person upon check-in (seem redundant).

The service could be better. The room service system should be updated so that if an order was placed we shouldn’t need to call down to see if the order was placed 30 minutes or more. Recommendation is to have ice machines available anytime guests can get like other hotels. Having to call and wait for ice to be delivered is a hassle.

I knew the ice rink nearby would be noisy, but what I didn’t anticipate the noise from the people leaving the restaurant bars at 2:00 am. The hotel is nice and clean. Not much of a view on the fourth floor. I would not stay here if you want sleep or bring earplugs.
