Not impressed with my stay but a great & favourite area of the city. Popular restaurant & bar on lobby level but that came with inebriated patrons strolling through the lobby cursing up a storm. Front desk attendant scared of my dog and it became irritating over a couple of encounters. She’s fine, relax and don’t overreact. Getting a meal to go was a dead end. The restaurant was closed so I was asked to read a menu posted on the wall then enter the bar go to the counter & order my food. I asked to add a soft drink but they don’t offer that although I could sit at the bar and have a drink while I waited for my food. With all the inebriated folks. Seemed like too much for one night so I went elsewhere. Great lobby, coffee & tea available. Older hotel but adequate and again, great location and yes they take dogs. One small elevator, fits 2-3 people.
