Great spot
Out of town but not too far. Quiet and relaxing. Seemed like being upstairs above the owner and having the hot tub close to their part of the house would be odd but it was fine. Very nice vibe all of the natural wood.

Amazing stay!!!
We absolutely loved this place. The hosts have thought of everything for a comfortable get-away. The location is perfect as it is close to numerous hiking trails but still only a short distance to Langford or downtown Victoria. We will definitely be back again.

Great stay at an awesome location
We had a wonderful time with friends staying at the Matheson Lake Guest House. The hosts were fantastic, the property was beautiful, and we had a great time enjoying the hot tub, fire pit, and being surrounded by nature. I would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay hosts were wonderfully kind, had everything you’d need there, the only thing I’d suggest would be some robes since the hot tub is down around the side of the house, but again thank you for a great staycation 😁😁 and I’d recommend staying here for sure.

Even better than we expected!
This was such a beautifully decorated space but beyond that the entire property is very cool! The owners have obviously spent a lot of time and care into the space and surrounding property. We had two small and very active children in our group and a dog and the owners could not have been more accommodating. They were welcoming and always friendly when we saw them. Definitely recommend this space. You will not be disappointed.

This was perfect for celebrating my birthday with a few friends. Hosts were friendly, house intructions were short & easy to follow. The property has beautiful suooundings, which we enjoyed from the hot tub, and the interior is a very relaxing space.
