Partially disabled, I asked in advance for an accessible shower. I repeated this request at check-in, and the clerk on duty assured me that my room (125) had a walk-in-shower (a big priority for me). It did not. It had a slippery fiberglass tub, over which I would have to step to shower--something I discovered only after using the bed. So after a tiring day of travel, I had to go showerless--then face another busy day feeling less than completely clean. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. But I do not like being misled.

excellent hotel

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
this was an excellent hotel, service was outstanding and breakfast was a 10+. restaurant close by was easy and convenient, and outstanding meals .

Good value for the money

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Despite arriving on a very busy weekend, hotel staff was most accomodating when we needed to alter the type of rooms we had reserved. Facilty was clean, and very pet-friendly...a real plus in our book! Nice breakfast selection, although the dining room is a bit small. Overall, a good place to stay!

Family Friendly and Comfertable

We decided to spend a couple days in Walla Walla to do some wine tasting with our toddler son. The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walking distance to main street (and many tasting rooms). There's even a tasting room across the street from the hotel next to the cafe called Locanti, yummy Italian style varietals. The hotel itself is a little outdated, it's not luxury it's the Best Western so it was definitely what I was expecting. Our room was really spacious and clean. The pool was nice and staff were fine. Breakfast was pretty mediocre, about the quality of McDonalds but they did have variety. Overall, for staying in Walla Walla with a child where there's not a whole lots of options, this is definitely the place to go.

Hotel Review Best Western Walla Walla

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very nice and the beds were the most comfortable I have had in a hotel. There were 2 sinks which was great for getting ready in the morning. The buffet was a big one and the food was good. The staff was friendly and efficient. Location was great as close to downtown. The inside pool was very nice. I would definately book this hotel again.
