Air conditioner sounded like a semi truck running, refrigerator motor so loud had to turn it off to sleep. Drain in bathtub did not drain. Had to stand ankle deep in dirty water. Wasn’t even completely drained by the time I left. Ice machine broken

I have allergies and there were no tissues replace in my room. I told the housekeeper and she said the truck would not be here until next week. I asked her if she seen any in another room if she would bring them too me. She never bothered to have front desk tell me anything. I called front desk about the issue she said "Oh, I'm sorry" I said no I'm calling to see if you have a box at your desk I can have. They should have been trying to solve my issue not me. It's still the best hotel in Warsaw for now but fading. Both pop machines on my floor were out of order.

The staff was so amazing. Deep the manager on call, was beyond accommodating. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub area is so inviting and beautiful. Although it is an older property and some improvements could be made, we will definitely stay at this location again when visiting family.

Liked the room, however when I left it the next morning before checking out I came back to the housekeeper in the room. Why I don't know she didn't seem to know either.

My family was kept awake until 4:30 am by the guests next door. Asked desk to have them quiet down, the room continued. I called at 4am asking the desk to ask the to be quiet. Desk said they would call room. Partying continued until 4:30. I felt the desk should has knocked on the door and explained the situation as the guests were very drunk.
