Hotel em si parece bom, mais são muito desorganizados, fiz o checkout da reserva as 3:00 por telefone, efetuaram o desconto em minha conta, e quando cheguei anoite pra dormir uma surpresa, não havia quartos e nem previsão de quando teria ou seja eu com minha família a 4 horas de distância da minha casa tive que dirigir anoite cansado com bebês por inrresponsabilidade desse povo enfim não indico à ninguém.

I booked 2 rooms and I paid for it. When come in to checking just told me it was overbooked. No rooms for me, my options are refund me or stay waiting for one room available since had 3 more guest before me waiting. I needed drive 3 more hours to find one bed to sleep. Bad experience and I not recommend this hotel for irresponsibility with his clients.

I checked in at 5, they assured me that my room would be ready in 45 minutes and that they would call me when ready. They never called! When I went back at 11, my room was still not ready! I need to be refunded, and I feel like the quality inn should pay for my accommodation elsewhere!
