While the hotel's prime location basically perfect for the proximity to the ski slopes and city center, my stay was marred by disappointments. The overall ambiance and cleanliness were satisfactory, also the but a dark cloud hung over the experience due to the discourteous behavior of some staff members. Certain receptionists and valet attendants were notably rude and unenthusiastic, providing a subpar level of service. For such a nice hotel - and for the price of the valet parking - encountering this kind of attitude from staff, especially in roles like valet service, was a letdown. The inconsistency in service quality significantly detracted from the overall experience.
