Resort Rules.
Vacation Villages is a smoke free resort.
All guests must follow the resort's rules.
There is a $150 refundable security deposit by credit card.
There is a $30 resort fee (includes WIFI access) for the entire week (pay @check-in).
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Checkout: 10:00 AM

Resort includes 78 buildings. Free parking included, RV vehicles not permitted. Available ADA compliant rooms. A limited number of pet-friendly suites are available (with extra fee). Call the resort at 757.253.9100 to submit any special requests (room views, floor level, building location, etc.) you may have for your upcoming stay. Vacation Villages accept requests as early as two weeks before the check-in date.

Accommodations are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to Vacation Village at Williamsburg owners, followed by Exchangers, and every effort is made to honor all special requests based on availability.
