This place is really nice! It's well kept,clean and right at the top of the strip as you come into the dells. Location is convenient and the rooms are spacious and very clean,even the carpet looks new! My check-in wasn't until 4pm but the nice lady at the desk let me check in much earlier because my room was ready. I am very pleased with my stay,this place is NO dump!

Probably not well insulated.
Everything was very nice for me, however the heat was not perfect for my Husband. The room would get warm when the heater kicked in, but he was quite cold until the heat kicked in again. He had it set at 75. I was very comfortable.
