I had requested a handicapped room for my mothers 74th birthday. Upon arrival We were checked into a non existant room on the 3rd floor. I was lucky enough to find a housekeeper that helped get that mess straightened out. When i went to get the new room keys the clerk was rude. A noise complaint was lodged against us because of my mothers nebulizer the next morning about 8. If we had been in tbe proper room i do not believe anyone would have been bothered. Needless to say i wont be going back and certainly wont be recomending them.

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your stay was not satisfactory. We prioritize customer service so I am saddened to hear you felt the front desk staff was rude. We will address the issue directly with the staff. Regarding the room type you booked a 2 queen bed room which is not an accessible room. Our accessible rooms are 1 king and they are mark as accessible on all booking outlets. I am sorry we could not honor your request because we do not have the room type you requested here at this property. I want to apologize to you regarding any rudeness you may have encountered here.

I really love the comfortable mattress and the river view. I did not particularly like the hairs found in my tub. The staff is excellent and i will stay again.

Woke up no hot water, cold shower was miserable. Got back from work and had no water, was only for an hour. Water was very hot.
