Large comfortable rooms. Pillow top beds with lots of pillows. Best night sleep I have had in a long while. Quiet area and room. Large shower head is great. Nice and helpful staff.

Friendly, clean and easy

Pros: Clean rooms, friendly staff and close to everything needed while traveling as well as easy access to all forms of transportation...bus and freeways.
Cons: Remind travelers to bring their swimming trunks.
Location: Convenient access to freeways and local transportation. Large park, Powerhouse Grill, Fred Meyers and the usual strip mall convenience stores.
We have stayed here many times and continue to return for a number of reasons. The staff is friendly and efficient as well as very knowledgeable of the local area. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We really enjoy the breakfast included as it allows us to begin our day in a leisurely fashion as we would at our home. Many families stay here and for us, this is a good sign of friendly service and a safe environment. Quietly isolated from hustle and bustle but close to all you need while traveling. The location provides easy access to all forms of transportation and routes including freeways. The Arco gas station nearby is the local stop for Greyhound bus line and the local city bus line as well. I've had to take a bus to Yakima from Seattle to pick up a car and this made it so easy! . There is a large park within walking distance as well as a McDonalds and the Powerhouse Grill for a bite to eat. Fred Meyers and numerous strip mall establishments are nearby for all your needs.

Poor Management

I stayed here and was dumbfounded on how the blonde manager lady spoke too her employees. She was quite harsh and belittling to the housekeepers and her desk staff. She does not need to be a manager of this hotel or ANY hotel!!!!
