Our continental breakfast is very basic, that is true, yet it is also the definition of a continental breakfast. Very nice motel near the Nova Scotia ferry

Pros: Convenience
Cons: No improvement needed.
Location: N/A. Stayed 1 night and travelled onward.
I had a very good experience. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Near the ferry

Pros: Location near the ferry terminal. Quiet area. Easy to find. Friendly staff
Cons: Larger bathroom shower
Location: There was a nice restaurant just across the street where we had dinner.
The motel is a good place to stay while waiting for the morning ferry to Portland. The rooms were fine, nothing special. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very small. I never thought I would find a shower smaller than the one I had to use when I served on a submarine, but this room had one. If you dropped the soap, you had to open the shower door to be able to bend over to pick it up. A large person would have difficulty using it. Not sure if all the motel rooms have such a shower, but if you are a large person, you should call and ask. The breakfast is optional. There is an included continental breakfast of coffee and muffins, etc or you can pay an additional fee and get a cooked full breakfast. My wife got the full breakfast and I had the coffee and muffin as I'm not a big breakfast person. The manager of the motel will make dinner reservations for you at the downtown waterfront restaurants. They fill up fast so take his recommendations.
