We needed a comfortable nights stay before visiting our son. It was nice and quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful with a couple of easily solvable issues.

the property was fine we made the reservation through travelocity and was charged $313.40 for three nights. Either computor or human error they ended up canceling the next two nights after one night. Then proceded to charge us for each night at different rates which ended up being a total of $349.98 when i looked at my credit card statement. So we were over charged $36.58.

Back security door broken. People barbecuing in parking lot. No breakfast. Just a sack w/ an old orange,stale granola bar and a 'honeybun' inch and half long that is meant for an infant. Vary, very disappointing for a Best Western.
