Complaint - After I originally booked my flight, I received an emails a couple weeks later changing my flight details. The time was OK, but the seats I selected were now gone and the new seat assignment split up my family! I had to wait until we were at the airport on the day of the flights in order to try and get seats togethers! On our return trip home, they were NOT able to accommodate us and my husband had to sit 4 rows behind my son and me. I made numerous calls to try and get our seats together again, but kept getting told that I will need to bring this up at the gate and they would accommodate us. Staff was very helpful and did the best they could, but it was VERY stressful not knowing whether or not my 9 year old was going to get seated next to a stranger for the 6 hour flight home.
