Parking was extremely inconvenient. My 2nd night, there was an 'event' and people parked, blocked, used every curb they could find. Took me 15 mins to get out of a space because someone parked behind! Then I had to take the business alley, behind IHop , because the parking lot entrances and exits were blocked.

TERRIBLE STAY!!!

Pros: The breakfast and the lobby....wasn't impressed with anything else. The rooms are comparable to a Holiday Inn.
Cons: Rooms be ready at check in, towels in the rooms, more comfortable beds
Location: The location is directly across the street from the Civic Center in Albany Georgia.
My husband and I visited the Hilton Garden in to celebrate or wedding anniversary. I arrived 2 hours later than the original check in time which is 3:00. I arrived at 5:15 and my room was still not ready. I ended up not getting a room until after 6:00pm. My husband and I had an event to attend so we were trying to hurry and take a shower and get dressed. We get to the room and there are no towels at all in the room. My question is how do you clean my room and leave me no towels. Was my room ever even cleaned? I called the front dest and requested towels. Front desk stated they would send some up. No towels were sent up. My husband and I had to take a shower with T- shirts that he brought with him. This was not the service that we expected when staying at a Hilton hotel and definitely not the service for the amount of money we spent. I did not want to stay in a top hotel ( so I thought) and get motel 6 service. Staff did try to make it up by giving us one free breakfast and a bottle of wine(we don't drink). I was not satisfied at all.

Convenient location downtown

Pros: The staff are all so nice.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, smoke free room option
Cons: no smoke free zone on the property outside
For the last four years I have spent 2-5 days at this hotel and in this time I can only remember one bad experience. Since that time, the memories have all been good. From check in until time to leave the stays are enjoyable. The times I have been able to get a room at the front of the hotel have been most pleasurable because of the view of the Ray Charles Park. There is also the Turtle Park for my nieces and nephews to enjoy. Nicole, the breakfast cook, is prompt, accommodating and courteous and commands the same from the wait staff. The stays get better and better.

The lobby is inviting and welcoming

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
I have stayed at other hotels in the area but this is my favorite place to be because of the proximity to the people and places I always visit. I try and visit at least once a year and as soon as I have dates I check the availability of the hotel. I have recommended this facility to other friends and family.
