Hard to get here.Not a good area. Many people hanging around at the parking lot late night, I was scared to leave my car far from the reception office and waited until somebody left to take a good parking spot. The room was ok, The breakfast was good.Overall I got what I needed, for less than $80 Can’t complain much.

The rooms were nice…I didn’t like the fact I did not get my deposit back because they didn’t charge me for a deposit but took 190 off of my credit card…then I asked for towels and wash rags don’t know how many times I had to finally go to the front desk and get some..Baymont In Augusta Ga won’t have to worry about seeing me

My room was dirty when I arrived at 7PM, bed not made, towels on the floor in the bathroom, very unprofessional.

We made the mistake of booking a room at this property last minute. If you are ok with the rooms smelling like smoke and the hallways smelling like weed then this is the perfect place for you. When we arrived there was not a king room like we reserved so we were put in a room with 2 full beds. Not all of the elevator buttons worked so if your on the 3rd floor going down you would have to press the up button to call the elevator. The phone in the room didn’t work so at 2:30am when I was woken up to the smell of weed in our room I just had to stuff a towel at the door to stop that from waking up our 3 year old child. When my husband called the next morning to speak with the manager he spent over 15 minutes on hold for them to “find us a room” that we could switch to. The second room smelled horrible like cigarettes and so we had to move again. The one positive this was the night clerk, I think his name was Mark. He was very helpful and professional.
