Waste of Money & Tome
Asked for a Handicap Room in reservation. Never got it. New Desk Clerk. Very slow. Didn’t seem fully trained. Got a 2nd floor room half the distance of the length of the Hotel floor away fro the elevator. Phone in room did not work. Room door did not close fully flush to the door casing. Breakfast area opened late due to the only key available being lost or misplaced. 10-20 guests waiting. Attendant was a new hire. Completely overwhelmed trying to get the breakfast area ready. No decaf coffee. No waffles, no pancakes. Wait was so long, I just went to Cracker Barrel in Augusta. Whoever the owner is, doesn’t care about the operations of the property that affects guests. First got checkin to a room when it was already occupied and saw a naked man. Then got put in a room without a working fridge or air conditioning. Then I got eaten alive by bedbugs
