Disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Someone bobby-pins we’re on the floor, the dishes were in a dusty dirty state. There was no shower curtain in the shower. It looked like they had only taken the time to clean around the night stands and bathroom but everything else didn’t seem very sanitary. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the beds. Wish I’d found differently cause I love the home to suites by Hilton.

The idea of this hotel was great. However pictures were misleading. This is Management issue. The hotel is clearly understaffed. Our hotel room on the 5th floor was dirty, despite the covid19 sticker on the door (!). Specifics: carpet was dirty (toddlers ran around barefoot in our room for an hour and their feet were disgusting). The room was dusty and 3 of the 6 lightbulbs were not working --the light switches were literally broken off on two. Bathroom shower had soap scum visible. The bottom sheet on the bed closest to the window had a stain. There were no sheets or blankets provided for foldout couch. Two of the mugs had gross coffee rims but were with the clean ones. Common areas were also dirty including elevator landing. Bare minimum of dumping the trash was done but beyond that, common areas were not cleaned the next day. The convenience stand is stocked with power drinks and sugar sodas and some microwave meals. Not milk for kids or other proper snacks.

Check-in took forever and here we are in the middle of a pandemic. The front desk lady was struggling for some reason kept asking for my credit card so I just knew I was going to be over charged and SURE ENOUGH I was charged 3x for the same stay!!!! Now I’m told they can’t do anything and just wait for it to fall off. How disappointing. Ruined the start of what was supposed to be a restful weekend.

I liked the cleanliness and the size of the room and lots of plugs and usb plugs. Didn't like getting to the property in the rain late and couldn't figure out how to get through the locked doors. The sign to the doorbell was too small to find it. Thank goodness another guest from inside the hotel felt sorry for us and let us in! Not too inviting!

Unfortunately there was a pipe clanking noise in the bathroom walls that made it tough to sleep. I should have notified the desk but I was already settled in room. I told the front desk on departure and received a token apology. Again, partially my fault in not just requesting another room but front desk offered nothing. Otherwise nice rooms.

Very nice hotel super close to family.

I love this hotel. The staff are very welcoming and the breakfast is phenomenal! I will ALWAYS stay here when traveling to Round Rock.
