First time I ever showed up to a motel and found the room in a unforgivably dirty state. The bed had a thin, white bedsheet on it with dirt in the sheet at the head of the bed. The room's trashcan was stuffed with garbage and shoved into a cupboard under the sink. The bathroom had no soap or towels, but it weirdly had human hair everywhere, from the sink to the toilet lid. The toilet itself looked clean but smelled like someone had thrown up in it. The floor looked like it had been mopped with dirty water. Looking around the site as I went to the office to complain, all the exterior trash cans were FULL of garbage. Interestingly, for a chain motel in a major city, the check-in office closed for the night at 11! To their credit the girl at the desk gave me all the amenities I should've had (like towels, soap). Still, I cut a 2-night stay down to one rather than stay another night in that mess! Had it not been about midnight & home over an hour's drive away I would've left that very night!

The exterior was quite fine. The interior hallways and elevators were adequate, but shabby. The room was not maintained well. We had to fix the toilet, and a light fixture in the bathroom that fell off the wall while we were in the kitchen. The curtains were worn, though served their purpose. The window was damaged. I would not want to recommend this property to anyone.

whole place was very runned down. Trash cans full and overflowing. Dingy elevator, roaches in the room. Microwave not cleaned in a long time

Terrible area, very shady people and rooms! Pictures online were very deceiving. It was so bad and we felt so unsafe we didn’t even stay one night had to move to a new hotel because we were worried about someone breaking into our rental car/room.

This property appeared to be long term housing for some shady characters. I truly felt like I was staying in a half way house. However I must give the front office staff great marks for being kind, professional, and understanding.
