Just inside, a cozy living room makes you feel right at home with a plush couch and smart tv. The kitchen is steps away where you have everything you need for convenient cooking at home: standard appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster, barstool seating for 2, and a 4-person dining table adjacent.

Cute house in a fun neighborhood
This was a great location. Lots of good food and cocktails in easy walking distance, and you can take the bus to down town. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied with dishes and pans. It is small, but there was plenty of room for two couples and two kids. We would stay here again.

Great Trip
We had a fantastic time at this property. It was in a great location with plenty to do within walking distance and a very short uber to downtown. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Would consider returning to this property

Great Location, Liked the House Setup
We rally enjoyed the location of this property in East Austin just outside of the downtown area. Walking distance to some good bars and restaurants, including Franklin’s BBQ. Three bedrooms were perfect for our six family members that traveled together. We had issues getting into the place upon arrival because we were given the wrong lockbox code in the checkin instructions, but after calling the property manager they gave us the correct code.
