Close to a lot of restaurants and places to shop. Even quick stops like convenience stores. Best part was gow close it was to Lake Travis and Brushy Creek Trail

The photo of the room they show is a model. My room was badly painted and the bathroom had chipped tiles and mortar was crumbling. It was clean but had a faint smell of mold to it. The bed, pillows and linen were okay. Amenities were fully stocked. The air conditioning switched off and on about every 5 minutes and woke me several times. Breakfast was the best part of the stay. They did have a pretty good setup for that. But my feelings were dashed when I checked out. There were two people behind the counter. The person who started checking me out asked if there were any problems. I said, "Yes, I was unable to watch TV because it is Roku TV and there is not enough bandwidth to keep it going." The other front desk person started hollering at me with a very insulting voice, "There is nothing wrong with our wireless! You just don't know how to use the TV! You should have called!" There is only one hotel person after 4 PM and he was busy with other customer complaints. I waited for 10 minutes to pay for a bottle of water and he finally hand signaled $2 so I left the cash on the counter. Hollering at your guest over their poor internet just shows how badly managed the place is. I think some of the employees try to do a decent job but it is obvious they've no training or support from management. I will not stay here again.

This was one of the WORST stays I have ever had. The hotel clerks were of no help when my electricity went out on one side of the room. My family had to stay in a room with no TV, No Refrigerator, No Lights and NO hot water and NO Room phone. I told the clerk about our issue, but he complained about working for 13 hours and that he would TRY to help us. I never heard from him at all with ANY HELP. I also asked the clerk if we could extend our stay and get another room he said they were booked up. So we checked out and went to a different hotel. This was a TERRIBLE Hotel to stay at. The clerks were of no help and seem to not have cared the morning clerk as well. I expressed to her that we didn't have electricity and she said "I wrote it down". That was a lot of help. I would like some kind of compensation for my stay. We should have been moved to a different room. This was unacceptable!
