The property is a bit dated and is in need of a deep clean in the common areas. The carpets and furniture are covered in stains. The breakfast is great and comes with a lot of options. The afternoon reception is nothing to write home about. Same big bowls of communal snacks brought out each day. It feels like they are serving catering leftovers. The hotel bar and restaurant are good. We had a very nice dinner and a lot of guest took advantage of room service which is a nice option. The rooms are nice and the beds are very comfortable. The suites were ideal for us with the separate sitting area and mini kitchenette. The housekeeper we had for the week was wonderful! Parking is the biggest challenge if you don’t use the valet service which was very expensive per day. 24/7 shuttle service is great.
