There was a nightclub on the block playing very loud music until 2:00AM every night. We did not sleep the entire time. We requested a higher floor upon arrival and were told there was nothing available.

For an upscale hotel the shower was very disappointing. Low water pressure and only luke warm. The weather was cold and snowy so I was looking forward to a hot shower after walking around the city. Not to be had!

The Godfrey staff was amazing!! The room was clean and spacious and when they found out it was my boyfriend and I’s anniversary they gave us champagne and a written note. They recommended places in the area to go and answered all questions. Our urban fee included all the snacks and stuff in the room, a free drink at the bar, access to the gym, and so much more. This is my first written review but wanted to say I will definitely come back!!

Fantastic Everything!

From the minute we walked in the door we felt very comfortable with this location. We ate at RUKA and its a fantastic addition to the property. Highly recommend this hotel!

The entire staff was great. The hotel is clean with a diverse clientele including young families and older couples. The coffee shop in the hotel is hopping. Definitely would go back.

Amazing!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff is amazing and friendly. Location is amazing. If I could give them a 10 star I would! My daughter loved it as well. Will be back! They even put a candy bar for guest one day and hot cocoa on the cold days.

The staff made this stay great. EVERYONE was friendly and always willing to help out. Snacks and Water included was a great touch. Rooms were clean and beds were great. In a great area to walk around to many dining options and parks.

Great property, friendly attentive staff. Good facilities with free snacks and water in the room. Free welcome drink on arrival from the bar and the bed was extremely comfortable. Good shower also. Location is very central. Only negative was a lot of homeless people in the general area.
