Bed was not finished. Pillows not in appropriate place. Missing bath linens. Etc. Not properly staffed. All for a premium price.

Beds are hard as a rock, trash can is to small for a family, there were no local telephone book, bible or advertisements of local attractions.

This hotel was immaculate, so clean, the staff was always amazing and hen asked for something with a smile. The beds were amazing.
