No one was at the front counter when I was wanting to check in. Rang bell several times and finally resorted to call the hotel number. Took two times of calling before someone finally came to help me. Caught housekeeping going through someone's luggage. Breakfast was a flop. They were out of several items. I will not be returning to this hotel.

The front desk clerk was helping someone with there remote in there room. Broken up shower floor replaced with cement. Dried concrete on top of tile wasn’t fun to step on. Shower drain clogged so I had to step out of the shower to wash my feet and that made a mess. Cobwebs in every corner and down the walls. very small room. No tub. Woman that checked me in that night was super friendly. I didn’t get in until 2 AM so I asked for a late check out for noon instead of 11, so I can get some more sleep before getting back on the road. She said absolutely no problem. At 9:45, an hour and 15 minutes before normal checkout time, They were banging on my door wanted to know if I was still in it. So I couldn’t go back to sleep. That was kind of upsetting.

Property says going through Reno still needs upgrades, no secure WiFi, outside light missing by door, parking lot lighting too bright, bathroom exhaust fan poor, air unit doesn’t cool room down well, room telephone does not work, took forever for hot water to come to the faucets, free breakfast options poor and not labeled. Previous damage to room and bedding. Outside pool hours poor, hard to find location of room, no explanation or map of hotel, no directions to operate TV set and programming.

The rooms could use some fixing. Nothing a coat of paint couldn’t fix. Other than that it was nice. Close to everything. Kids had fun in the pool. Staff was very nice. We would stay here again.

Staff was friendly,but fighting between co-workers in front of customers.motel could use some MAJOR updates and rooms a good cleaning..had to change two rooms because they wasn't clean,butstaff handled that well,the third room it was not the best but could tolerate,I had 3 rooms reserved.
