I'd stayed at this place before and the staff is friendly and helpful. But the tv had problems, the phone didn't work - I had a dirty room, in a place where the view out the window was the machinery for the pool - which was closed and filthy. Last time there was a couch in the room - this time a small and uncomfortable chair. Breakfast was ok but when there was a crowd, the food was not replaced quickly and there was not enough room. No maid service - available only on request. Next time I visit Bullhead City I will be looking at other options.

It took forever to get hot water in the shower then the bed was terrible so were the pillows

Check-in was good, however, room wasn't ready at 1:30pm when we were given our keys. Came back at 8:00pm and the room was cleaned up, however, we were rudely awaken at midnight by someone trying to get into our room. We said they had the wrong room, then at 12:30am, a staff member came by and knocked on the door and said the room was supposed to be empty and we told them we were given a key! Then at 1:00am, the from desk called and asked what our name was and that we had the wrong room and should of been in another one two doors down!!! So why were we given the key to the room we were in and why did they not check earlier to make sure we had the correct room? After that, it was just noise from the people in the next room talking right outside our door on a walkie-talkie and did this off and on until about 3:00am. They started again at 6:00am on the walkie-talkie before finally leaving at 6:30am!! Not sure we'll stay there again!!

We arrived tired and hungry to our room. It was a busy weekend and it took 20 minutes to check in. After getting into our room, we settled in to eat and rest. As we were eating I notice a mouse run across the floor. We quickly notified the from office, how sent in two maintenance workers to get rid of the mouse. Although, everyone was apologetic, no mention of restitution was made. In addition, the room is dated and needs updating. We were too tired to leave and go else where.

My room was clean and well maintained and the bed was really comfortable. The buffet breakfast the morning I left was excellent. I really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

Not well repersented on travelocity. building is old and pictures make it look much nicer than it is. Not worth the $150.00 I paid for one night
