When we arrived we were told that our room was not ready and they had no clue if we would get a room at all because they had one maid and about 60 rooms to clean. So they told us if we would like to cancel because she couldn’t promise a room.

Got to the room there was no toilet paper one set of towels had to ask for the refrigerator and microwave Took a while to get what we needed. Said breakfast was included all I seen was a coffee machine and orange juice machine packets of oatmeal sign in wall said one pastry per person. Went to exchange towels and washcloth for new clean, and the housekeeping was ready to go home. The front door took care of us quite a while.

While the staff in the office was very nice, our room had a very broken door frame, beds were terrible, the TV did not work, the refrigerator would not get cold, the showerhead in the bathroom is approximately 5 foot from the ground so if you’re over 5 foot you would be taller than the showerhead and when I made the reservation, I made it for three adults and one child and they only gave us two towels. Just not a good experience at all.

The door did not deadbolt. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no in-room fridge after me trying to call and confirm ahead of time. No TV channels really. Didn't even stay the 2nd night of our reservation and would not stay there again!
