First, we didn't have any information about the key code and the pool, beach etc. until when I arrived and trying to call the management office, so exhausted after getting to the property. Secondly, the refrigerator and key code was not working properly. Third, on the 2nd day, we noticed flood on the kitchen floor, my husband realized the AC was the cause. Fourth, sofas old and dirty which was covered with blanket, the bathroom towels were old and worn out, the door around the handles and sliding door was very dirty with black fingerprints. Lastly, the bed very hard and there wasn't a decent mattress sheet or pad covers, it was regular sheet that it constantly moving while we were sleeping on it. The only thing that we enjoyed was the baloney and the view. I was not expecting this level of disappointment, and would not recommend my friends.
