Our room was not cleaned properly prior to our arrival. There was hair in the bathroom and a gross sticky spot on the carpet. There were also many scuffs on the wall and the alarm clock was broken.

I was in a handicap room. In the shower both the overhead shower and handset shower were both on. could not adjust as the adjustment handle was missing. Flooded half floor. Had to mop up with towels. So un-acceptable.

Breakfast was not as advertised. Staff not friendly at breakfast...no regular coffee, no toaster for bagels or toast, no pancakes as listed. Requested extra blankets for check in - did not happen. Asked front desk staff for napkins and silverware was told it would be delivered...never was. Had to go back to front desk and ask again.

Location was good close to everything, breakfast was not bad either. I didn't like paying for Valet parking but it was only for a couple nights.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast area was clean and well staffed. The valet parking was easy to use and the valets retrieved our car quickly. The bar was closed the day we got there because it was late but the gas station next door had an excellent selection of micro-brewery beers (they have wine too but I couldn’t speak to the quality). Overall it was a great place to stay and we would definitely stay there again.
