Great hotel. Walking distance to lots of local restaurants. We often didn't need our vehicle as there were many options within our vicinity. Parking can be difficult if you're not willing to valet, especially on the weekend, so I'd suggest paying a little extra for valet parking. I would definitely stay at this location when we return.

We loved it here. Very friendly staff always helpful. Location was great . Close to many attractions. Easy to walk to everything. Room was clean ,comfortable, and quiet.

Good location only block or so away from Waterfront. But noisy at night since busy street in front next to City Market. Homeless people in square ( right in front of hotel). Walkable to downtown historic district. I came back to my hotel room after a nice enjoyable day of site seeing to only find my hotel door was not closed. This was very concerning I went downstairs & hostess got the manager, all he did is say how sorry he was & said they checked & the last person to be in my room was housekeeping at 3pm. I got back to my room at 5pm. And the Manager, Tyrell Pauling said “Well it was not that long that room was open.” I was given a $50.00 hotel credit. Mr. Pauling put on a good show of of caring, but it was not real! I had breakfast one morning and it took over 30 minutes to get pancakes & the restaurant was not full there were only 9 people in there at that time. They do give you free drinks and chips.
