Valet parking is not specified on Travelocity or Expedia. There isn’t really any other place to park so you are really forced into the extra $45 per night to park! No where online did it suggest that the hotel is under construction. This didn’t affect the hotel stay however it was very congested. Our Bed was as hard as a rock, we had no remote in the room for the TV and it took maintenance an hour to bring one to the room. Over all the hotel was clean, staff were very helpful and other than the hard bed the rest could be over looked.

I love that the property was so close to shopping and dining. We were able to walk to Huey's and even Lady & Sons (1 mile away). The River Walk was outside the front door. Two things I didn't like was we stayed on the 8th floor and it was loud and parking was $45/night. The room was clean and large. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

It was great! They give you 2 separate rooms, a living kind of room and a bedroom. The kitchen was complete with microwave, fridge, cutlery, etc. The whole room is very spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly!

The location of the hotel and the easy parking seemed excellent to me. I would improve the details in the cleaning of the bathrooms in the rooms and provide bath gel or soap in the rooms, as well as a bed spread appropriate for the size of the bed and in good condition.

Great River Street location
We had a wonderful stay here with our family. We loved the rooftop bar add the River Street location. It’s walkable distance to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious too! It’s our second time staying here, & we will be back!
