Arrived last checkin time- gentleman was very friendly and accommodating to get us into our room. Hotel was beautifullly appointed and super clean.

There was nothing I did not like. The employees were happy and very cordial - greeting guests as they came and left. The rooms were extremely clean. The breakfast was lovely with loads of choices and the concierge helpful and chock full if information. It was very quiet also The only negative was the parking people who I don't think worked for the hotel but rather worked for another company at the hotel. They could have cared less - watched you struggle with luggage and before you even got to your room - had sent a text requesting a tip.Not very professional
