We had to cancel our Reversation due to family member getting sick. Springhill Suites did not charge us. We never got our refund from Travelocity. It's been over a month now. James Bowden Perry, FL 32347 July 25, 2023

Well me and my wife went into restaurant looked at drink menu because it was only a nite cap. We didn’t see anything we wanted but the girl bartender was busy so went just left because we never ordered anything. As we are walking out she yells in a sarcastic tone you folks have a great nite and people were laughing I told my wife that is rude young lady.

The only parking is valet parking. There is public parking a block away. Went there said lot was full but it wasnt. So had to use valet parking at $38 what a rip off

This hotel has one major thing going for it-location. It’s convenient to a lot of museums, restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. It wasn’t the best hotel of its brand that we have stayed in. Apparently, they’re having housekeeping issues, so we received erratic or non-existent housekeeping. Parking is an extra $30 per day, which adds up over the 5-night stay. breakfast was powdered eggs and greasy sausage, again, not what this chain is known for. Would stay here again, though, just for the location.
