From the moment we arrived to our departure, everyone was beyond fabulous. Thomas, Kevin, Pops, and (the house driver), Randy and Itu Chef all deserve shoutouts! Where service lacked was at the coffee bar - to get anyone’s attention for an espresso was a tad difficult. Chef even helped us at one time - which was great but you never see that. F&B lacked a tad. It was unfortunate the rooftop was closed as that was one of the attractions.
