Liked having a fridge and the size of room. Coffee pot wouldn't work; not replaced at all but refused to be replaced at the time I needed it. Room key didn't work and staff wouldn't come up to my room to let me in but insisted I drag all my baggage back down to the office to fix my key. They were very apologetic but totally void of action.

This place does not look like the pictures. We used it for rooms rigor a large event and all of our guests complained.

The first I got the bed was not comfortable so I had to get a different bed, the staff forgot to switch the rooms so somebody else try to get in the room I was at?
